I understand that pool keys are nontransferable to any non-resident or to any other resident who may not be in good standing with the POA. I hold harmless the Property Owners Association from any injuries or liabilities from using the pool. I understand that my family, guests and I swim at our own risk. I have reviewed the pool rules and agree that my family, guests and I will abide by these rules at all times. Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in the forfeiture of pool privileges. Replacement cards - $25.00.
